Products
Henderson Kerr Limited purchase ferrous and non ferrous scrap metals throughout the United Kingdom for processing and shipping to numerous re-melting and processing facilities across Western Europe.
With our four facilities spread across Scotland’s Central belt we process up to 10000 tonnes per month of ferrous and non ferrous materials.
From our Ayr and Mossend depots we produce various grades of ferrous scrap through our 1000 tonne Copex and 800 tonne Metso Hydraulic Shear/Balers. This state of the art machinery generates products of OA (plate and structural), OA/No.1, No. 1/No.2 and also grades of No.4 Bales. Using such dense products create huge energy savings when re-melting the materials, and therefore improves efficiency and benefits the environment.
